"Integrating ExactTarget with Microsoft Dynamics CRM has allowed us to track all eMail campaign activities in a central database giving us real-time ROI calculations against lead results. ExactTarget has provided an easy API to allow simple integration between the two products and once set up, we have been able to more effectively use dynamic messaging and triggered sends to more effectively communicate to our customers. With this integration and our CRM add-ons, we now can track all communication, prove receipt and actions, capture customer journey activities, generate workflow actions based on unique rules and more ... more effectively justifying our online efforts and ROI."

Exact Target integrated with MS CRM Dynamics

"We currently have our Exact Target intergrated with our MS CRM and it is tracking email responses and social forwards. We would like to begin to use smart capture and other Exact Target features with our CRM. We also want to add voicemail and web analytics so CRM becomes our go to source for customer reporting."

"We already used Microsoft CRM, so the fact that ExactTarget integrated with that was the key for us. We were interested in automation and reporting, but the emails had to be tied to customer data we already had stored in CRM. This was a perfect fit."

"Email is an important part of our marketing program -with the CRM integration, our sales staff know exactly how to follow up with prospects. They like this visibility and their satisfaction is key. It's definitely a good thing,"
