"We use SalesForce with Exact target to generate reports for e-mail sends and we are just starting drip marketing. While it works pretty well we are looking for better subscription management options without Exact Target branding and better ability to capture and organize useful intelligence about visitor interest based on behavior within the e-mail and on the site once they click a link."
